Amanda Ushedo is a London-based tech professional with almost 15 years of experience in Business Analysis and Software Quality Assurance, specialising in the finance, investment banking, and insurance industries. She has worked with prominent firms such as WorldPay and EuroMoney Institutional Investor, and she currently serves as a Technical Business Analyst at BPL Global (Berry, Palmer, and Lyle), the world’s leading broker specialising exclusively in credit and political risk insurance (CPRI) for multinational corporations, banks, and financial institutions. In her role at BPL Global, Amanda has been instrumental over the past seven years in liaising with global heads, senior managers, and various stakeholders across the organization to collaborate with software developers, delivering effective and lasting change through digital transformation.
Amanda is also dedicated to continuous learning and professional development. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business and has earned a Harvard Business School Online Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation. These academic pursuits enhance her ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that her work drives meaningful and innovative outcomes.

In addition to her philanthropic efforts, Amanda is the Founder of Her WorkDay (HWD), a digital platform and community that empowers and celebrates successful women globally. Through HWD, she mentors and supports women and girls in business and technology, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
