National SCD Baseline Assessment

The National SCD Baseline Assessment Programme is designed to collect vital data on sickle cell disorder (SCD) across the nation. This programme involves comprehensive surveys to evaluate the current state of SCD care and management, providing a foundational understanding to guide future healthcare strategies and policies.

In addition to the baseline assessment, the programme also includes the National SCD Midterm Assessment Programme and the National SCD Management Progress Assessment Programme, which aim to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of ongoing SCD management initiatives.
